IT’S A WRAP ‘26

Thank you to all who participated and supported us in the inaugural Tahoe Nordic Expo on April 4th! It was incredibly special to see the Nordic community connect, learn and celebrate.

The day began with some incredible clinics and a laser biathlon relay. The highlight of the afternoon was our virtual panel moderated by Andy Newell, featuring an inspiring lineup of speakers: Kikkan Randall, Julia Kern, JC Schoonmaker, Jaz Taylor, and Annika Malacinski. Their insights, stories, and perspectives made for a truly memorable conversation about the sport and its future.

We were also fortunate to have the Mountain Lotus food truck keeping everyone well-fed throughout the day, an awesome Salomon Nordic booth showcasing the latest gear, and a community raffle that raised funds for Achieve Tahoe, supporting adaptive sports in our region.

This event would not have been possible without the incredible support of the Tahoe XC team, our speakers, partners, and everyone who attended and participated.

We are so grateful for the enthusiasm and encouragement from the Nordic community—and we’re excited about what’s ahead.
